01

Sign-in & accounts

Smart Hub uses Google sign-in, so Google handles your password. Make sure cookies are allowed, accept Smart Hub's Terms and Conditions, and retry in a private window if sign-in loops. Never share your Google password with Smart Hub or another user.

02

Messages & servers

The logo opens Home and direct messages. The plus button creates a server, while the compass discovers public communities. Server owners manage channels, members, reports, and rules from the server menu. Use the unread badges to find conversations you have missed.

03

Buddy & Emoji Call

Buddy is Smart Hub's AI assistant and can make mistakes. Use Report this response on a bad output. Emoji Call is experimental; if it becomes unavailable, continue with normal video and try again later. Do not include passwords, API keys, payment details, or other secrets in prompts or reports.

04

Install Smart Hub

Use the official product page for current Windows, macOS, and Linux downloads. iOS is coming soon. Only install Smart Hub from an official arjunrao.dev page or an official app-store listing.

Found a bug or harmful AI response?

The fastest way to reach the Smart Hub team is through the built-in reporting tools. Reports include the technical context needed to investigate while keeping your account details private.

Send a useful report

  1. Open Settings → Help improve Smart Hub.
  2. Choose Report a bug, or select Report this response below a Buddy message.
  3. Describe what you expected, what happened, your device, and how to repeat it.

Never include passwords, private API keys, payment information, or login codes.

Safety & moderation

Help keep Smart Hub welcoming.

Use a member's profile or message menu to report rule violations. Server reports are anonymous to other members and are sent to the server owner for investigation. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
